Consent to Collection and Use of Children's Personal Information (Legal Guardian Consent)

1. Consenting party

This consent is given by the legal guardian on behalf of a Child (student) under 14 years of age.

2. Children's personal information collected·used

For the provision of learning, the Service collects and uses the following information about the Child:

• Name, grade·class
• Profile photo (optional)
• Learning activities and submissions (handwriting, answers, etc.), per-item grading results and question types
• Attendance records (present·late·absent and time of confirmation), attendance notes (expected period of absence·lateness and related information)
• Whether notices have been read
• Records of learning rewards (coins) earned and used
• Content of service notifications (in-app notifications)
• Information on the device used with the student account (app installation identifier, device type, app version, error diagnostic information, push notification token)

Note: Content written in Messages, the Messages lock number (PIN), and the guardian's contact are information entered by the guardian and are processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Note: Consent to the taking and posting of class activity photos is obtained separately by the Institution.

Note: Some information may be transferred overseas to provide app updates and push notifications; details are set out in "Overseas Transfer of Personal Information" in the Privacy Policy. The title and content of push notifications do not include the Child's name.

3. Purpose of use

The collected Children's personal information is used for the provision of learning content, grading and feedback, management of learning status and provision of learning reports, attendance management and notification to guardians, delivery of notices, management of learning rewards, sending of service notifications, and distribution of app updates.

4. Retention and destruction

The retention period for each item of Children's personal information is as set out in the Privacy Policy. When the retention period expires, when the legal guardian requests deletion, or when the service agreement is terminated, the information is destroyed without delay, except as otherwise provided by applicable law.

5. Rights of the legal guardian

The legal guardian may request access to, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of the Child's personal information, and may withdraw consent, through the Administrator of the affiliated Institution or the support contact indicated in the Service. You have the right to refuse consent; however, refusing consent to required items may limit all or part of the Service.

As the child's legal guardian, I have reviewed the above and consent to the collection and use of the child's personal information.
