Consent to Collection and Use of Children's Personal Information (Legal Guardian Consent)

1. Consenting party

This consent is given by the legal guardian on behalf of a Child (student) under 14 years of age.

2. Children's personal information collected·used

For the provision of learning, the Service collects and uses the following information about the Child:

• Name, grade·class
• Profile photo (optional)
• Learning activities and submissions (handwriting, answers, etc.)

3. Purpose of use

The collected Children's personal information is used for the provision of learning content, grading and feedback, and management of learning status.

4. Retention and destruction

Children's personal information is retained during the service usage period and destroyed in accordance with applicable law upon termination of use or at the legal guardian's request.

5. Rights of the legal guardian

The legal guardian may request access to, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of the Child's personal information, and may withdraw consent, through the Administrator of the affiliated Institution or the support contact indicated in the Service. You have the right to refuse consent; however, refusing consent to required items may limit all or part of the Service.
